“Dr. Germany found my voice and changed my life. He heard potential in me and got my voice to a level where I was booking leading roles at reputable, professional theatre companies. His skill in teaching technique is masterful. Not only is he an amazing teacher, but he’s an amazing person and top-notch mentor. I will never be able to thank him for all the things he’s taught me and all the ways he’s made me better in singing, performing and life. I can’t recommend him enough! There are none that compare. I currently live in NYC and I wish I had him here!"

"I have known Dr. Sam Germany for almost a quarter of a century and have worked with him in a variety of capacities over the years. He has been my theatrical director, my vocal coach, my colleague, my mentor, and my friend. I cannot think of another teacher who matches his passion for musical pedagogy, especially as it relates to the individual student’s growth. Dr. Germany is a champion for his students, celebrating their victories and finding strategies tailored to address their particular vocal needs. His broad experience with singers of all voice types, abilities, and levels of training has helped countless students reach their goals, whether it be singing in tune or acing a university vocal audition. Dr. Germany is equally adept in the area of music theory. He has made good use of his decades of teaching theory to hone his own ability to think alongside the student, finding clever ways to explain concepts that help students understand and appreciate the “mechanics” of music more thoroughly. And while I myself thrill when a student “gets it,” I don’t believe I will ever to be able match Dr. Germany’s enthusiasm and sheer joy at being a part of someone’s “Eureka!” moment. His personal character is also exemplary—he feels that if he is giving less than his best to his students that he is cheating them. He is honest, trustworthy, and dedicated to being the best teacher he can be so that his students become the best musicians they can be."

"Dr. Sam Germany is a wonderful pedagogue and voice teacher who is passionate about each and every singer he comes across. He is well-versed in the art of teaching voice and gives his students the tools they need in order to achieve tremendous success. Because of his extensive background in other genres such as musical theatre, not only will you work with someone who’s equipped to work on your vocal technique, but you’ll also be able to improve your interpretation and performance. Dr. Germany is fully committed to creating a singing artist – one who embraces their unique, individual voice and immerses themselves in the text and performance of the music. I would highly recommend Dr. Germany to any musician who’s wanting to hone their craft or find their beginnings in music."
